Log In and Set Up Your Account

Please take the following steps to set up your Metronet Customer Portal which will allow you to view account statements, pay your bill, and manage email accounts for important updates and service notifications. You can also sign up for Paperless Billing to save $4.95 per month.


Complete the Create Account Form

  • Your Account Number noted in the email you received form Business Customer Service.
  • The Primary Contact’s First and Last name listed on the Account.
  • The Primary Contact’s email address listed on the Account.

Set Up Your Account Contacts
  • From the Account Management menu select “Account Contacts”.
  • From your Account Contacts select the “pencil” icon to modify existing contact information.
  • Select “Add Account Contact” to add new contacts from your business.
  • Be sure your Primary Contact is Opted-in to email and text notifications as this is the ONLY contact to receive these notifications. If you don’t know who is listed as the Primary Contact on your account, you can contact Metronet Business Customer Service by email at business-customer-service@metronet.com or phone at (855) 769-0936.
