How do I return equipment?

Need to return equipment? No problem! Our goal is to make returning equipment as hassle-free as possible.
For router returns, simply drop the router off at your local UPS store. Please note that the UPS store will need your Metronet account number to complete the return process.

If you are canceling other services, like HPBX or Managed Wi-Fi, just give us a call. UPS will not accept any equipment returns related to these services, so we will work with you to schedule time for one of our technicians to retrieve phone/switch equipment, or Managed Wi-Fi access points at your convenience.
