What do symmetrical speeds mean?

Updated 3 months ago.

With symmetrical speeds, your service is capable of the same data transfer rates for both upload and download, such as 1 Gbps upload and 1 Gbps download. This is in contrast to asymmetrical speeds with cable and DSL Internet services, as they typically have much slower upload rates than download, such as 50 Mbps upload and 1 Gbps download.
